Our cancellation and refunds policy are set in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and other key regulations.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please check the contents of your package upon delivery. If your goods are damaged in-transit please notify us within 3 days of delivery, together with an e-mailed image of the damaged goods and parcel. We will arrange for the package to be returned to us at our expense. You will have the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you. 

Custom Made Products

Where bespoke goods have been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange. 

Once an order for a bespoke product has entered production we are unable to cancel the order.

Ready Made Products

You have a 7-day cooling off period from date of receipt of your order.  If you decide to return the goods, you must do so at your own expense and preferably in the original packaging. Please advise us by e-mail with the order number. We strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit on return. All returns are inspected on receipt and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged. We will refund your payment card the value of the product(s) plus the standard delivery charge from us to you (if any) within 30 days.
